Since draft forms are locally stored on each individual device and are not synced with your Origami Risk instance, this is not available at this time. Q: Will I be able to sync my data between the previous Mobile Forms app and Origami Flex? To avoid the loss of any data, we advise that you complete any draft forms and ensure those are submitted prior to your organization's official rollout with Origami Flex. Draft forms, however, will not be transferred over. Q: Will my organization lose any of our data when switching to Origami Flex?Īll final form data submitted prior to the transition to Origami Flex will still be available within your instance of Origami. You will now have to rebuild/reconfigure any new forms - upon login, your information should already be loaded in Origami Flex. Once your organization is ready for migration, you will be in communication with your Origami service team for instructions and how-to information on how to roll it out organization-wide. ![]() Q: When my organization is transitioned to Origami Flex, what is the process to start using it? With the introduction of this new app, Mobile Forms will sunset by May 1, 2024. We are investing in an improved user experience, performance, and design to make it easier and more efficient to conduct assessments and report issues from the field. Origami Flex is Origami's new and improved mobile app focused on audits, incidents, and other functionality. I know from AP, you might seem like it’s useless, but no one wants to see anyone get hurt unnecessarily and should there be an emergency, we want everyone to get to safety as quick as possible.Q: What is Origami Flex and why is it replacing Mobile Forms? If a safety issue is not fixed by your leaders or the SD within a certain amount of time, it automatically gets sent to group and district level leadership who will ensure it gets done. I’ve personally given TMs SB gift cards if I see them being safe (3 points of contact, pushing <=7 carts, etc.) I know personally, if the APBP saw a TM correcting safety issues and you left your name, you’d get some form of recognition, or hopefully you would. Then go back to your report, you can choose to leave your name if you wish or remain completely anonymous. Then click “files” in the top right corner to take a picture of the safety hazard. If you click yes, then it means you personally fixed the safety hazard or another person did before you finished the report (ex: you moved the 3-tier out of the way of the fire exit) if you click no, an alert gets sent that there’s an unfixed safety issue in the store. Best describe the issue, doesn’t have to be long at all (ex: 3-tier blocking fire exit, travel aisle blocked, fire exit blocked) then it will ask if the problem was corrected on the spot. It will ask questions such as if a ladder, powered equipment (wave, crown, baler, etc.) was involved or any automobiles. A near miss is self explanatory, you almost fall/slip or something almost falls on you.įilter it to your store by using your stores T number, then define if it was a near miss or hazard. A hazard is any safety issue you see in the store. Click the plus button in the corner, and click report a hazard/near miss. It’s the app with the bird icon and blue background on your MyDevice (Zebra).Ĭlick that, the account name is Target and the 6 digit code is 999999. Q4 is hectic and safety can get pushed to the side, so here is how to use Origami Risk! Hello fellow Target TMs, AP here, and while a large part of our job is theft and security a lot of it has to do with safety which is one of the things I care a lot about, I don’t wanna see coworkers get hurt unnecessarily. ![]()
